3D Modelling and Molding of finished print from the comic (Absolute Wonder Woman pics in email) to be cast and painted -Silver and Glossy Red

Estimated hours: 3.25 hours for Labor $130, and $50 for Materials plus Casting and Painting.

JEmerald Studio agrees to build this commission to your reasonable satisfaction for payment of incurred costs. Payment of the Deposit signifies full agreement to the terms in the contract below and willingness to abide in good faith to payment for incurred expenses that will be detailed by JEmerald Studio at clients request.

I, the purchaser, agree to compensate JEmerald Studio for the full amount of the project detailed above. I understand that the original estimate for costs could vary by as much as 15% and agree to pay the final price. (If during construction time/materials will be significantly more than estimated JEmerald Studios will contact me and get approval to continue, which will constitute an addendum to this contract). I understand that the process is dependent on my providing accurate description and measurements of items/ and or original model to be molded and that I cannot arbitrarily go back and change details once I have purchased and work has been started. I also understand that while JEmerald Studio may offer advice on how to best cast my final product, the mold and any issues that arise from incorrect information given are not the fault of JEmerald Studio and any issues or concerns must be addressed before build initiation. I also understand and agree that the commission is property of JEmerald Studio until receipt in full of final payment.
